Taking the torch apart is pretty complicated compared to say the bold 9700 or curve 8300 series. I would recommend a can of air duster.

I have a air duster but it isn't removing what is under the screen!!! This sucks my car was parked by a house that was tore down and dust shot out the heater when I turned it on now I have some dust under the screen and I'm the type that notice that stuff in my phones.. So I guess I'm screwed is there possibly a place I could take it too or maybe any other option thanks for the response

There's a video on youtube showing, step by step how to disassemble it. Also, know that if you do disassemble it you'll have to remove the little security sticker and that may void the warranty.

All I've done is place a vacuum by the ear piece and has removed a fair bit of dust from under my Torch's screen

Sounds like a plan with the vaccum cause I definitely don't want to void my warranty cause eventually ill get a replacement cause I like to mess with the system after I use a phone for awhile and get a newer one thanks for the replies

My Torch came with a couple specks of dust under the left corner of the screen. Doesnt bother me. If you are putting your phone in your pocket, exepect for the dust/lint thing to get worse.
