I have started using torch 9810again and want to re- set up email . I get invalid username or password try again. but I am using correct information. What What do i need to do to get email up and running? I used this addresss on phone before going to the Iphone.

Was this your previous email address that was something like ____ @att.blackberry.com ?

Around the time BB10 was introduced, it was announced that these email addresses would be discontinued. I think they gave at least several months' notice, if not a year.

If you don't already have one, I'd suggest a "platform-agnostic" email service like Outlook .com or Gmail .com .

thanks, yes that was type email address. My BBid is tied to that address will have to change bbid also How do you go about changing bbid then? I had gmail address on Iphone guess will use that for Torch. Thank you for your help!!!

finally was able to set up att.blackberry.net email address . It finally brought up the box to set up new address
