Call volume is really weak even at maximum, what gives?

try the latest os works a lot better call volumes are better as well.

try going to options> call management> in call settings. Make sure the default volume is set at 100%

I'm on .214 with volume set to 100%

I just received a call and thought it was a little low.

Then I received another call and it was plenty loud.

Sometimes it's just the person on the other end, not you.

mine is quite loud, actually on of my reasons for getting the torch since my two droid phones had terrible call volume in reg and speaker mode(but oddly were 10x louder when playing movies and music)
I'm on .214 now as well...never had the "tinny" sound but the call quality seems a lil better

to Jeffreii's point sometimes its just the other person phone that is the issue.
