Really need help the other day my phone fell out of my pocket, unfortunately it seems to have completely turned itself off when I try to charge it nothing happens the screen is still dead and the LED doesn't flash. After numerous battery pulls and charging etc. it is still not switching on. I don't know what to do next please help!

Ouch, sorry about that. Could be something got jarred internally. Did the phone get damaged at all?

no it didnt look like it there was still lots of chips and scratches from other falls but apart from that there was nothing new that i noticed

Perhaps the connection that turns the screen on has come loose.

Its best if you take it to a repair shop as i'm sure they will know what to do.
