i pre ordered a torch for rogers from best buy i wont be able to pick it up on thursday when it is suppose to come out, do you think that they will keep one for me to pick up on friday or will they just sell all of them to people with or without pre orders ?
Usually they will call to see if you're still interested but the reason behind the preorder process is for you to get your phone on time and for you to get it at your convenience. So theyl have your torch and preorder form just sitting in the cage for you.

Nah they won't just up and sell your device. If they do its not really ethical and itd take one phone call to corporate to get human resources involved

Something else I'll mention that isn't meant to discourage people is that best buy uses a first come first serve preorder waiting list for example 3 people preorder but 2 devices come in the last person has to wait for the next shipment but those numbers I mentioed are unrealistic.
