I'm using ExtraKeys, but it's made by the same developer as 6tools I believe.

Since Shao(Author of said app) posted a few days back that he was going away for a few days, could be why he hasn't responded to your emails?

Whats wrong with 6tools that you need another app to do what its main purpose is? Works great for me with 0 issues.

I was also going to tell you that Shao is travelling and normally answers emails quickly. His customer support is second to none and sixtools is a great program with no issues for me. It is actually program that i find most worth buying !

M did not know that.. I've purchased the app but due to a warranty exchange i had to redownload I emailed him once about 2 weeks back and again a few days ago so now the trial version has expired.

I bought it thru blackberry app world and its asking me to repurchase when I try to repurchase it says that I have already bought it

    1. Open App World
    2. Select "My World"
    3. Select "SixTools"
At the top of the page (beside the icon) it should say:
    SixTools
    Installed (version number) xxxKB
    License: xxxxx
Take the number that shows as the license key, and copy that into SixTools as the license key. Simple!

Yea i wish it were that simple.. Its not giving me a license key. it only gives me the option to repurchase. And its not like i mind paying for it again. But when i try to purchase it its telling me i have already purchased. i dont know what the deal is. This is why i hate doing warranty exchanges

Yea I did that also. I'm guessing its cuz of the pin swap app world doesn't see that I purchased it. Its done the samething with quick launch berry buzz berry weather and a few others but I've been able to get it taken care of thru customer support just been a pain for this app and a couple others

If you dont mind buying it again, then buy it from the crackberry or mobihand app store and problem solved, you get the serial right after purchasing it and device transfers are automatic.

I feel the exact same way. I bought 6tools almost right after I bought my torch, I've used it ever since, had no problems with it and it is definitely, I think, a must-have app for the torch(Same with QuickLaunch).
