I updated to os 7.1. Surprisingly after two days of use i updated my bbm then did a soft reset as recommended by bb world , it went okay, then the phone froze hours later, i did a battery pull, and the phone never woke up. Tried the app loader, updating, downgrading the os but none of that helped. Help please, i still love my bb.

When mine did that it was the battery that had gone bad. Do you have another battery you could try?

It's been so long since I used my 9810 I'm not sure what to try.

try to do hard resets
remove memory card and battery and do another reboot
it will stuck again so do this a few times
try this because i just had that problem
