my wife had the curve for att before and had great signal at her work. now with the torch, she has MAYBE 1 bar. and when i call her, it drops allot.

anyone here had to exchange there torch for another one becasue of that issue? did the new one make a big diffrence? we are going to exchange it this weekend..

I guess it could just be a bad batch?
Cos based on my own Torch experience and on many others', the Torch's call quality is quite good..

The torch signal is the best i had and I come from 9000, 9700

I would try a new sim card first. I know that helped my last 9700 get better 3G signal. I guess the newer sim card works better on the network. If that doesn't work than it's most likely the device.
