I'm having trouble with the latest Accuweather App from the "Blackberry World". The problem is that the "live-icon" and the "ribbon-temperature" feature does not work. I've made sure the "settings" inside the app are configured to display these items and also that the "update-period" is set to 1-hour. But nothing shows in the "ribbon-notification" bar of my home-screen and the "icon" stays stuck on one temperature until I manually re-load the app which updates the temperature for that moment.

I've used an older version of Accuweather (don't remember which version) and recently upgraded to v1.4.15 about 2 weeks ago.The older version did what it is suppose to in both items: Live-icon and ribbon-data worked correctly.

I tried emailing Accuweather but do not get any response. . .

Anyone else have this problem or figure out what's wrong?
