Hi, I recently purchased a torch sync pod and when I plug it in a power outlet or an usb hub, my torch popped up and said power is not enough to charge the torch, what should I do?

    Thanks in advance

Make sure you're using an OEM, Blackberry 9800 powercord, not just any random mini USB cord you may have laying around. The powercord for the 9800 is thicker and may allow for more current to flow.

I just tried using the charger provided in the box the torch came with and it is still not charging.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks

Take it back to where you bought it from. Mine works great without the issue you mentioned.

I just recently got one for Christmas and have not had the issue you mentioned. Perhaps its just a faulty one you received....

My computer also doesn't recognise the pod when connected.

Any suggestions how to fix this problem?

Like the others said, sounds completely faulty. Return it for an exchange.
