Hello friends,

I have recently updated my Torch 9810 through BlackBerry Desktop Software to OS 7.1, but I have not found any new feature of OS 7.1 that we all know. Except for Battery saving feature in Device option, nothing is changed! We all know that the OS 7.1 gives us BB-Tag, BB-Radio, Wifi-Hotspot finder and Wifi-Calling feature....... why these features are missing from OS 7.1 ?? PLEASE HELP!

what is bb tag and radio?
FM radio is only on the curve series
WiFi hotspot should under the connections menu unless your carrier has blocked it

WiFi calling is only if your carrier allows it as well


Please spend some time and do your research, I see you are new here, and there is a lot of stuff for you to go through to thoroughly understand everything.

As stated above, not all features are available on all phones/all carriers.

NFC, which is what enables BBTag, is not available on the BB Torch 9810.
