I don't know if this is a Torch issue or an OS 6 issue but when I go to Options => Third Party Applications. I get a blank list. None of my apps show up.

It's an OS6 issue, not limited to Torch. BerryBuzz will show up in that list, to configure the alerts

Its not an issue. That for those 3rd party apps that have options (and used to show up in the old options list) - like patternlock, onto calendar etc. Device > Application management is where the old app list is.

Thanks DD1968. Problem solved. Kind of like when my wife puts my tools away and they aren't where I expect them to be.
