Traded in Bold 9000 for Torch.
PROS
Keybord which I was worried about is really good: Build quality seems very good, love the feel of the battery cover: Default theme very good: Battery life sometimes amazing, have not quite worked out why: browser obviously much better: Love the changes to the calendar app : speed very good, love not having to worry about memory.
CONS
Orientation switch driving me nuts, get quick launch to lock it:
Struggling with touchscreen only , but getting better:
Volume and speaker quality, no where near as good as Bold , disappointing.
First theme I tried was a disaster, but maybe too early to try
No case with hone and limited choice as yet
3G reception seems worse than Bold from same areas

Yeah, what jcp said ... sound quality on .141 was pretty weak and tinny, but the first OS upgrade I did (.225) fixed it. On .246 now and it's still fine ... seems to be as good as I remember the Bold being.
I agree about the themes ... I've tried a couple, and so far all they do is rearrange some things and eliminate others. The more themes I try, the more I like the original. Just swapping out wallpapers now and then is good enough for me.
