I have a Hyundai Sonata and it does not have an AUX port...are there any fm transmitters or other things that would work with the Torch so I can listen to my music in the car? I have a monster cable for my iPhone 4s that plugged into the power jack and that worked over FM...anything like that for BB?

    Thanks!

    EDIT

Would this work with the Torch?

Usually when i'm in my car I just used Bluetooth connection to listen to music from my BB.
Or else if u didn't have Bluetooth connection just look for cassette adapter, it cost less then USD 20.00.

Try used Bluetooth connection or cassette adapter

I don't see why it wouldn't. You would be plugging in your Torch with a 3.5mm jack to that FM transmitter just like any other MP3 player which it's designed for, your Torch works like any MP3 player would.

But if you have a cassette player (for some reason some cars still do, like my sister's car) a cassette adapter would be slightly less complicated. Slightly. However, you can audibly notice the spools continually going around and around. If you find that a nuisance, go with the FM transmitter.

Also, make sure the transmitter will reach your cigarette lighter. On my Jetta it's tucked into a pocket and not any adapter can reach it. Just watch out for things like that. Size matters...

my car only has cassette,,, the adapter works great for me,,, i leave it in all the time, plug in when i get in the car & put the phone in a secure spot,,, the cable is about 3 ft long,,, never any sound from the spools but w/ dolby on the sound is cleaner depending on your ear...

p.s. i can't remember the last time i actually listened to a radio station,,, w/ 12+ hrs of music on my phone & room for a ton more there's just no need & i rrreeealy like no commercials...

Exactly. The only time I ever turn on the radio it's for news like weather and traffic, but when it comes to music, can't resist plugging in that AUX.

I used my BB with Auxiliary input, but prior to that, in a previous car, I used a Belkin FM transmitter which gave far superior quality than the cassette arrangement (I tried both).

Don't set your hopes too high on the audio quality if you're seriously into music though as you may be disappointed.

I have some cool gadgets in my car. I can Bluetooth in my car and listen to music. Maybe get a modulator that makes a radio signal which your car can receive.

I got it working...picked up an FM Modulator from Walmart...cost about $30. It plugs into my powerjack and then the cord into the headphones...works perfectly.
