Just so you know, 9810 themes from Mobihand can only be accessed through your pc. You will have to select download, and email the link to yourself. Then install OTA on your phone.
It's a Mobi issue

I'm not the developer, but I believe the banner color change for notifications only works with messages...it's a Theme Builder issue..
