I have no idea if I could do it, but to start... what is WebOS? When I google I get pictures of the Pre, is that what you're looking for?
A Pre type theme would be so cool!

Whoops...I see it now.
WebOS is the operating system for the pre devices....I love the icoms and colors just looks awesome...but I love my torch too lol

Is the PalmPre theme above not the same as the OP request?
The theme above is the right OS but the theme itslef could be better...it could use some more customization...like some aspects of OS 6 mixed with WebOS...if someone could try to make that it would be awesome!

I am trying to figure out if the PreBerry theme has a hidden today....so far I cant tell. When I had it on my 9700 there was hidden today.
