stock theme idea

I do not know if this is possible, as I haven't used TB6, but it would be cool.

Stock theme, with a slightly reduced banner, and a weather slot. The key factor in this theme would be the dock. I love the stock Os6 multitab dock, but I frequently leave it at one row of icons (so I can see my wallpaper clearly). What I'm asking would be to enable scrollability in the reduced dock. So I can leave it at one row of 4 icons, but have acess to the other apps and icons by scrolling that single row dock.

Any ideas? Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
