Check your OS version with dcburke789 . It happened to me before and I was told, that was the reason.

not exactly freezing up but when i touched icons on homescreen it wouldnt do anything, also some of icons showed in pics like the calendar was the stock ones, i did do a battery pull twice but didnt seem to help, but it is a very cool looking theme!

That is exactly what happened to me, I am on OS ver 6.0.0.284.
Are you using the same OS ?
