Maybe I misunderstood so here is a screen capture. I deleted the theme and did several batt pulls over a few days and then redownloaded it from the link in post 1. Its the same for me, I just find it hard to read the black font on the dark brown menu background, especially when outside in daylight.

Sorry wasn't quite understanding which menu you meant. I though you were referring to the bookmarks menu in the browser.
So I had to get a bit creative because of a problem with Facebook and Social Feeds. Take a look at the screenshot below. I have updated the original post with the new links.

I just stumbled on this theme the other day and had to come back and say THANKS! I love it! By far the most interesting and visually excitig theme I've found.
