This still has the 2 Rows of icons on the homescreen(10 icons), also have a weather slot in the top left hand corner(number 1 spot in the app order). I have removed the transparency from the menus and dialog boxes as people were having issues seeing the options in the menus. In the landscape mode I have removed the weather slot and made the Messages List to 4 entries from the 2 previously.

I've added a 2nd row of icons to the homescreen. So now its 10 user customizable icons with a weather slot(number 1 spot). I've moved the alarm icon as it was being covered by the clock. The landscape homescreen is still enabled, so homescreen trackpad navigation has been disabled.

I have added a 5th icon along the bottom on both the portrait and landscape home screen, I removed the text below the icons. Also added a 2 line today window(shows messages) onto the landscape home screen.

So I was playing around a bit more last night. I've created a version which has the homescreen landscape mode enabled, but by doing this I have disabled the trackpad navigation. I also added back in the stock blackberry battery. By touching the signal meter it will take you into manage connections still.

A Battery Pull is still recommended after install.

This is a theme that I was working on for myself and just figured I'd share it. Its a simplified version of OS6, I got rid of the tabs along the bottom as I found them very annoying, changed the blue highlights to grey. I added a weather slot(slot 1). A couple of screen shots are below. Also i'm using SixTools and there battery icon so I've removed the blackberry one from the homescreen.

A battery pull is recommended after installing.

Both still work fine from my phone. They are OTA so you do have to download them using the browser on your phone.

I like this theme, but I can't use it due to the fact that my fonts get overridden in the menus and message list. I just can't get used to a theme that doesn't have my custom font/size in all the usual locations.

As far as I know its not possible, other then when designing the theme.

yes it is. I wanted to have a working landscape mode so getting rid of the trackpad navigation is the downside for now with the beta theme builder.
