One small comment, the right slot in the lower row for the profile, does not show which profile is chosen.
May be you can add to it one letter indicating which profile, e.g. L for loud, V for vibrations, S for silent etc...

One request. Can you make a version that uses the more traditional white backgrounds? I am not a huge fan of the greyed out backgrounds and would love that.... Thanks.

BTW, sometime I see "..." in the notification area as it doesn't have enough room to show all icons. I think this is a normal behavior, but I am thinking if there is a way we can give more room to the notification area.

Maybe we can remove the date on the top banner and just make sure all those info (month, date, day) are shown on the Calendar icon? or maybe just show the "day of the week" with the clock (as the calendar icon already have the date)?

or, if it is easier ... change the icon text of the Calendar to show the "day of the week" instead of "Calendar".
Just an idea.

Thank you for the update version. Performance improvement is always good. The phone sometimes refuse to respond when it is busy doing something.

New Bug ...
1. The clock and the profile icon showup on the lock screen.

Feedback on the new "Search tab" ...
Honestly, I think it is a bit waste of space. I guess that's becoz I actually prefer more space of the today text.
With the 9800, there is an option that will open the search screen if I start typing on the home screen. So, I don't see a need to have a Search field on the home screen. The previous version is fine (having a search hotspot under the clock) as it is not taking any space away from the today area.

Other comments ..
1. I vote for having the two bottom hotspot customizable.
2. I still like the idea of having the application list to open the "application" folder instead.

Can you work the performance improvement onto the previous version? I think I will stick with that one (big clock search).

I agree with your suggestions in regards to the top search box. I too use universal search from the keyboard. However, looks like G will be moving on to his next theme.

I'll get u a shot tonight when i get home. I got the background of the nexus one on and it looks freaking amazing. all it needs it's the "G" symbol by the universal search and it will be a droid lol. Great theme man really.
