Pretty basic theme I threw together today. Has 8 apps (4 top - 4 bottom), plus a hidden today. Apps 1-4 are on the bottom 5-8 @ top.

Yes. Although, landscape has apps 1-6. I left a space between 5&6 for app titles to appear. This allowed me to leave the body open to hidden today.

Do you happen to have a screen of the pink "in action"? I tried to make the header stuff white, but TB6beta2 doesn't allow me to change everything up there... that I know how to do anyway.

Here is a screen of a slightly revised version of the theme. I took my chalk outline from my "Back to School" theme. I reduced the hidden today to 3 lines and moved it to where it appears just below my BerryWeather when it displays. I removed and moved icons on my top banner. And I changed my walls to the dark carbon look.

The only dumb questions are the questions not asked

Be sure you have the most up to date BW. Go to BerryWeather --> Settings --> Homescreen Wallpaper --> [X] Enable BW Homescreen Wallpaper. Then, I will give you my settings to save you some time:
Font: 8
Font: Default
Text: White
Lighten/Darken BG: Off
Top Margin: 140px
Left Margin: 10px
Right Margin: 10px
**There are two more sections, but it's up to you as to how those two sections appear. Keep in mind, on the forecast, the smaller the text the more days you will get on your forecast. If you would like to know how I have my current conditions and forecast set just let me know and I can share.

Would the today show the tasks also if I include the tasks in the events view ?

Yes, I just tested and if you put your "tasks" icon as one of your 8 icons it will display your task items in the today view.
