If I had to guess I would say that is BerryWeather. By the looks of things on the homescreen shot, the BerryWeather Homescreen Wallpaper option is being used. The glass looking item is an iconset made for BerryWeather.

Weatherslot....!!! )-: Why do you do this to me, A...!? Its raining outside and stormy... The day is grey in grey and very uncomfortable... It didnt want to recognize this global-warming-sh*t on my sunshine, my love, my psychopharmalogical drug, my torch!

And this theme is a 'must have'!!!!!!! Its so awesome (as always!) Therefore a download (with f****g weather weather-slot) seems nearly a mental selfdestruction for me... But I will... (Its a kind of sado-masochistic) :-D
