I recently received a replacement Blackberry for my one that bonked. I'm trying to access my Visual voice mail but it keeps telling me that I'm using the wrong password and I can't change the password to get into my voicemail without inputting the correct one. I'm not even sure that I set up a password initially, but if I did I know what number I would've used. How do you reset the password without having the old one?
