    Unable to open my Blackberry desktop on Vista. Error says Windows has stopped working, or words to that. I have removed all Blackberry soft wear and reinstalled, but I am getting the same message. I am therefor unable to connect between the computer and Torch. Any ideas? Hopefully - Barry

    Try unistalling and rebooting, then using a registry cleaner such as CCleaner.
    Also, it might be helpful if you post a screenshot of the error.
