Is it just me, or is the Wi-Fi connection on the 9800 VERY weak? My 9700 used to connect to my home wi-fi from any room in the house. But now with the Torch, I need to be within 30 feet from the router, or else I won't get wi-fi..... Do I just have a bad Torch???
I get a good signal anywhere in the house. The Torch also connects much faster for me also. My 9000 used to take a minute or 2 to connect, if it would connect at all. The Torch connects within 10 seconds every time.

Also get good signal anywhere in the house & office. Does connect automatically and much faster. My 9700 always had to force connection. Surprisingly it also connected to the free wifi while at the drive through at Starbucks
Question for the BB experts - since I turned off my wi-fi to see if that was what was causing my battery to drain so quickly - do you leave it on all the time? Does the phone choose that to do surfing and email before using the data minutes you pay for?
