    i am the Philippines using a blackberry torch 9800 from indonesia. I cant seem to send any text messages. it shows that its protocol stack error. i need help ASAP pls. PLEASE.

    Did you try a battery pull? From what i gather "protocol stack error" is associated with the sim card (some have suggested to obtain a new sim card from your carrier). What you can do to confirm if your sim is the problem, try another sim card in the device and see if this works (from someone in your household for instance).

    i already did a bettery pull. and i already called my carrier. they said its my phone with the problem
