    1) Download OS 6.0.0.756 from here: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...E9075B31DCF7F7
    2) Close Desktop Manager, install and don't open DM at the end of the install.
    3) Delete vendor.xml (here's how: Quick Tip: Updating your BlackBerry to a different carrier's OS? Make sure you delete BOTH vendor files | CrackBerry.com)
    4) Start Desktop Manager, plug in your phone and check for updates. It will give you the option to back up before installing (do so).
    5) Install the OS.

Don't use the latest OS v6.0.0.756 from Vodafone Spain since it is only "Multilanguage" OS, so there's no Thai language in it. I recommend you install OS v6.0.0.747 from Telus Mobility, which is "All Language" OS so there's every kind of language in there including Thai.

Thurask has explained the step-by-step guide to install it the easiest way, if you still have problems let us know.

    Good luck!

Yes you can, but that is not the latest OS for your Torch 9800. If there's a newer one, then why would you install the old one?

Looks like the OS you're referring to is "Asian" language only, but I reckon it is from your wireless operator correct?

I believe so, in that OS I told you (the "All Language" OS) there's an option to install Thai input / keyboard.

You're welcome, could you please click the "THANKS" button if my suggestions resolve your problems?
