Got a couple of questions regarding the OS on my Torch

I've been reading threads on here and the latest software seems to be .600, Im running bundle 2554 so is that older than .600?

Also I live in the uk so do software updates get released after the states?

All BB OS's are released by RIM. Different carriers release and support versions as they choose. Some "overseas" carriers (well, overseas from me) release updates before we get them here in the states. I'm unaware of any particular order. Not every release is offered by every carrier.
