i just got the torch 9800 & every time i set the sound i want for text messages it wont change ? it stays on sanguine remix ? which is the default ? could someone help ? ive did a battery pull twice & it still wont change......thanks

Ok, so I just want to confirm the steps you've taken.

1. Go into sound profiles
2. Scroll down to "Change Sounds and Alerts"
3. Select "Sounds for Selected Profiles"
4. Go to the Messages tab and select Text Messages
5. Then you choose which tone you'd like
6. Press the back button and a window will pop up, select "Save"

You've done all of this?
