Just got my new Torch and I can click the trackpad and hear it actuate but no action takes place...I have to really push on it to get the action to occur...is this normal or ?
It does not sound normal - you should feel it click beneath your finger when you press it and it should work. If not, you should take it back to the store - you can play with a floor model to see how it should work - assuming that one's not broken too! Then you can swap it out for a new one if you're still within 30 days of purchase.
