2 quick questions about my new Torch..

Despite going into "switch applications", launching the app and trying to close it, some apps like the browser, messages, etc.. remain running. Is this a glitch or are they supposed to stay running?

Also I have noticed that the trackpad is a little inaccurate at times, especially when trying to move the cursor between fields, it is easy to jump down too far or it needs several attempts to get the cursor to move. Bad trackpad?

Call Log, Home Screen, BBM, Messages, and Browser are the 5 that are always open on my old berry, there is no way to close them.

You could have a bad trackpad but it also could be that the sensitivity settings aren't set right for you.

Ok, I fiddled with the settings and it still sometimes takes many swipes to move the cursor. I do notice that the "clammyness" of my fingers makes a difference. It works perfectly when I use it with my thumb through my shirt.
