    the phone over all works perfectly fine no signs of hard physical damage but the touch screen doesn't work there are no cracks on the screen i wiped the phone i pulled the battery i wiped the phone with bbsak loaded the latest OS and nothing i bought this phone on ebay unlocked is there any way of getting it replaced threw rim ?

    Probably not as I do not believe the warranty is transferrable.

    Definitely contact the seller, and eBay. If he sold it to you as working and it's not, you deserve a refund. eBay has a Buyer Protection policy for when this happens.
