After installing a system update a number of weeks ago on my Torch 9800, I have no longer been able to dial a number from the call log list by tapping the number on the screen. Instead, I have to actually press the green call button. I am also unable to open a link in BBM by tapping the screen. Instead, I have to press the track pad and select 'Open'.

Any thoughts?

Screen mechanism is failing, either check on youtube or go to a bb support...

if you still have warranty left on the phone call your network and complain, they will replace it if's less then a year old
