    I had the issue on the official .141. When I wiped it I upgraded to .161. It has been stable since except when I installed Hearts from Appworld and Scrabble from BPlay and then it dropped; but uninstallation of those 2 programs immediately fixed it (I am sure it was 1 of the 2 and not both but I don't know which one.)
