So, with so many people returing so many phones because of the Tinny echo and other issues, what does ATT do with them? they have to sell them at refurbs right? Or do they send them back to RIM?
If someone goes through 5 device at the store, does each one they open go back?
(I'm curious how it works, because ATT tells me I have to return the phone, walk 50ft to walmart and rebuy it to save $100. I would certainly do so if BES wasn't already activated. Wouldn't it make sense just to give me some money back rather then having a phone returned?)
