    I received my bb torch from Rogers a few days ago, however when I receive a bbm message on the universal notification system on the home screen the following message appears even though i can see that I have received a message,

    'You currently have no new notifications'

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Are you running the latest .246 version of OS6?

    Yes, it came installed with .246. It worked initially, but all of a sudden yesterday it no longer worked, tried a few battery pulls, no luck.

    In your BBM options, did you disable "Show Chats in Messages Application" ?
