I have a blackberry Torch. I just bought it about 25 days ago, and everything has been fine expect one thing. Recently, my ringtone, text message tone, and bbm tone, all are sounding muffled. When I play music from media player, it sounds clear and crisp. What's the problem? Any solutions?

Usually I pull out my battery when that happens but I actually like the way it sounds that way. It makes it louder IMO.
