- I am trying to setup my email account on my Torch. Whether I use thee BIS website or via my Torch, the account wont stick.
I receive the first email stating the email account is activated and i will receive emails within 20 mins.
After about 5-10 mins later, I get another email telling me emails are not being received by the device. Tell me to check to ensure my email account is set for IMAP (which it is) then validate my account via the device.
I validate the device, it syncs my contacts. It tells me the account is good.
I can sent messages, but cannot receive.
5-10 mins later I get the same message again telling me my device is not receiving messages.
