Greetings,

I just purchased a new BlackBerry Torch 9800 from an AT&T retail store and all was fine with the device until just recently.

It seems that the display white balance is out of whack, but perhaps only in the software (I don't think anything is actually wrong with the display itself). All large text areas have a heavy yellow tint, yet white text and white in pictures displays correctly. This is most noticeable in the web browser.

When I change the Color Contrast setting in Accessibility Options to "Grayscale" the problems goes away, but of course everything is in grayscale.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone have a suggested fix? This issue cropped up, quite literally, in front of my eyes while I was browsing the web.

I would take it back.. There would be no way for you to fix the problem it seems to be a defective lcd
