    HI Guys,

    So my torch does not seem to be working right now. I gave it a full charge...tried a battery pull nothing.

    Basically the phone is turning on and only the bottom keys and keyboard have light. Screen just stays off...

    Not sure how to fix this?

    hmm bring it back to telus....warranty exchange ,sounds like a hardware issue

    how? the Torch is not 1 year old... either warranty exchange via the carrier or repair via RIM.
