just got a blackberry torch and the camera lens moved inside the phone to where it looks like a half moon now. The Camera pics come out half black. Any suggestions???
The lens is held on by double stick tape(similar to what holds the digitizer on). best bet is to take it in for repair or if its still new(within 30 day return policy) take it back for a new one, or try to take it apart yourself. There are many vids on youtube on how to take it apart. the back piece isn't hard to get off(just 4 screws), but this will also void the factory warranty.
