    Hi I just received a new torch from rogers I noticed right away that the button around the trackpad (send end and the bb button) was raised then after a day of use it pretty much came off anyone else have this problem? It looks like it is just double sided tape on the back that holds it down.

    It is a reported defect with a few Torches. Contact Rogers for a replacement.

    Take it back and get another style phone. The torch is terribly made.
