    Can someone please help me ? I have a brand new torch and it shutdown and wont come back on . i have tried the entire process of re installing the os but when i do it gets to a point where it says it has to reconnect to jvm and then tells me an error occured and it does not do anything after that> also when it gets to that stage there is a big red X on the battery symbol on the middle of the screen

    did you try charging the battery first I think that is your problem the battery could be dead

    If I was you, I would charge it on the wall for an hour or so and try again.

    The red X either means the battery is dead and needs charging first, or the battery is faulty.
