I'd love to set my phone up so that it only works when the slider is open. Is there a way to set it up so the phone locks whenever the slider is closed?
I like using Keyboard Locker. I have tested the version for non-touchscreen, I have not tested the version for touchscreen. However, using the non-touchscreen version there is NO way it will accidentally unlock. You have to press * then Talk to unlock. So, unless your phone slides open and just happens to depress the * key then the Talk key in sequence... you're good to go :-)
Note, you can also manually lock it quickly by pressing the BB button for just a few seconds and you will see the LOCK icon and click that to lock your phone in just seconds. You can do this with the slider open or closed.
