    Need help please. I am desperate. I'll keep it short and sweet.

    I have the BBerry Torch through AT&T. I am running operating system 6.0.0.141. Everytime I connect and try and sync to Outlook 2010 I get the following error message. "The program stopped working unexpectedly". This is after I attempt to "Configure Settings" then clock "2way sync" for Outlook. I've tried everything and could use a hand. Thanks in advance.

    could be anything...device, desktop manager, usb cable, outlook, outlook profile, any plugin installed in outlook...
    I'd start with the simplest - update your software. Your device is definitely not running the latest software. You're missing out on a lot of performance there.
    Make sure you have the latest desktop manager software.
    If you have a second computer - a laptop or something, i'd see if you can sync with that. Use the same cable, that'll help isolate the problem.
