I like the Torch pretty well, except for one issue that keeps coming back. I'm running the latest versions of Windows 7, OS 6, and CompanionLink 4 (to synchronize with ACT! 2011). After following some advice to remove and re-install just about everything, I found the advice to back-up, delete and restore the BB address book, as a cure for sync error 0x80043ac9. It works, but only for one or two syncs thereafter. Then the same error message pops up, and if you ignore it, the program shuts down a few seconds later. Does anyone know of a more lasting fix? I "googled" sync error 0x80043ac9 and found some other suggestions. You may wish to search and try a few others.

Thanks; I tried 3 or 4, some of which take longer than doing the same fix over and over. Maybe another will do the trick...
