The problem isn't with AT&T, the problem (most likely) is with the bluetooth chip/drivers in the Torch. I can guarantee you if I called AT&T with this issue they'd give me several hours of blank stares and no help

Ya, sounds like Rogers..........actually, they used to be one in the same at one point.........i actually taught one of their tech support guy things about my old phone lol
