The file size limit on MMS is pretty small. If you want to send videos by MMS, be sure to select the reduced size format in the video options before you record it.
Another good method is sending via Bluetooth to your computer. Unless, you were attempting to send it to someone. I personally use bluetooth to send videos from my phone.
