Hi i'm a Vodafone UK customer with a Blackberry Torch.
I recently went to france and cannot send or recieve email unless via a wi-fi hotspot.
The gprs/3g does not work.
I have checked and there are no data bars set on the phone or on the vodafone account and i have just heard it may be blackberry version 6 software?
This is essential for my business and the reason i went to a blackberry in the first place, please can someone offer any help or advice???

In your Manage Connections>Mobile Network Options>Data Services While Roaming is it set to "On"?
